Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency in software development processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Fluent in Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectivelyCommunicate technical concepts:Strong proficiency in Java programming language.Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
