Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger, reconciliations, and data
management.

• Exposure to SaaS metrics and accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ARR/MRR, revenue recognition) is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested formulas, and basic macros).

• Hands-on experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), NetSuite, Sage, or Xero.

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

• Prior experience working with US-based clients; familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous.

• Must be comfortable working in US shifts (EST or PST) consistently.
Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ERP system migrations or implementations, particularly with Rillet ERP.

• Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment gateway platforms.

• Background in BPO, Shared Services, or Consulting environments.

• Exposure to compliance or security-sensitive work environments.
