CADD Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES:-To conduct reviews and analysis for creating design precast ( Paneling and connecting/joint details) shop drawing proposals.-Prepares and incorporate change order that are complicated in nature and or extensive coordination in all trades.-Coordinate with Precast Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Precast Operation including technical coordination with internal and external parties in clarification of details and requirements.-Preparation of 2D and 3D Model Precast Panel shop drawings (fabrication drawings including detail and casting item detailing.)-Submission of technical proposal and reports, assisting quantity take-off.-Ensures drawing and design meets applicable standards.-Design new components and develop components utilizing 2D and 3D CAD modeling and techniques.QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, BS Architecture, BS Architectural Drafting, BS Drafting , and BS Graphic Major in Architectural Technology.-At least (1) year experience related or equivalent.-Knowledgeable in Architectural and Structural construction drawings to read analyzes.-Proficient in the use of various AutoCAD version 2D and 2D render and Microsoft Office application.DDTKI PRIVACY STATEMENTDDT Konstract, Inc.
