Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a well-trusted building, architectural, and engineering design firm currently looking for a 12D Modeler who must have experience abroad. The job is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The 12D Modeler will be in charge of the performance of 12D CAD related works as assigned by the Project Modeler Team Leader, ensuring delivery on time and adherence to the quality standards required to meet the needs of the Client.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Execution of drawing/model updates using client-provided RLMUs and raising RFIs as required.
• Compliance with applicable codes and standards as provided by the client.
• Use of technical procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and memoranda as published by the ASDCAD Manager.
• Following ISO 9001 procedures as published.
• Understanding and adhering to project and client requirements.
• The ability to carry out spatial coordination and provide design engineers with possible solutions.
• Attending meetings external to the company as needed.
• Coordinating technical issues and concerns on drawing production within the Production team.
• Continuously seeking improvement in 12D CAD skills and gaining efficiency in model and drawing production, sharing gained knowledge with the CAD Production team.
• Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Project Team Leader and ASDCAD Manager.
• Working with the client to prepare and update current drawings into As-Constructed/As-Built versions using client-provided RLMUs.
• Continually working to improve personal knowledge of the software and sharing this knowledge with colleagues to enhance the performance of the CAD Production team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' progressive work experience in CAD Operations.
• Working knowledge in CADD using the latest versions of 12D, Autodesk Revit, and Bentley Microstation Software.
• Ability to understand 3-dimensional engineering and perform spatial coordination works.
• Knowledge in 3D viewing software such as Autodesk Navisworks and/or Navigator.
• CADD Software trained instructor or operator would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience within the engineering consulting and construction industry.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino communication.
