We are a one-stop-shop of top of the line global brands that help improve business processes and systems.JOB TITLE: Branch AdminROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Securing of documents and able to maintain confidentiality.• Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.• Reviews policies and documents related to government biddings.• Able to process documents needed for government bidding transactions and makes sure that the documents are regularly prepared.• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management/ Accounting Graduate or other related course.• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Must have experience in preparation of documents and canvassing of supplies for government biddings.• Must be keen to details and organized.• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.• Must be a critical thinker and able to communicate effectively.• Willing to do fieldwork if needed.GROW YOUR CAREER WITH US and ENJOY THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:• 10 Sick leave *pro-rated upon regularization• 10 Vacation leave *pro-rated upon the first year of the employee• FREE HMO *upon regularization• Load allowance• Transportation allowance (Client Meetings)• Meal Allowance•All government-mandated benefitsCOMPANY ADDRESS: Mabolo Royal Hotel, 17B MJ Cuenco Avenue C.
