About the role

We’re looking for a meticulous and dependable individual to join our finance team and support our accounting operations. In this role, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy, manage expense tracking and vendor transactions, support payroll and audits, and ensure our financial records and reports comply with company standards and regulations.

What you'll be working on

  • Validate financial entries in our accounting system: checking for completeness, correct coding, and overall accuracy.
  • Manage vendor invoices: review for proper approvals, verify amounts, and process payments on time.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to align bank statements with company ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Review and process expense submissions to ensure adherence to company policy and correct documentation.
  • Provide support during audits by organizing and gathering required financial documentation.
  • Help address payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate processing.
  • Serve as liaison for finance-related communications, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date accounting records and support efficient record retrieval.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related functions (e.g. accounts payable, payroll handling, compliance with local regulations).
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing financial and tax-related reports.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with accounting or payroll software is a plus.
  • Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
