Antipolo WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday | Nightshift
SALARY:
Php40,000-Php50,000 WORK SETUP: Onsite ✨JOB
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. With at least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Team Lead or HR Supervisory role. Have experience working in a BPO environment. Have experience handling DOLE cases, employee relations concerns, labor disputes, and other labor-related matters. Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and HR policies. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Willing to work onsite in Antipolo and sometimes report to Pasig City. ✨JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee the recruitment process, including candidate screening, final interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Supervise and provide guidance to junior HR staff, set performance goals, and conduct performance evaluations. Handle employee relations concerns, workplace conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and DOLE-related cases. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and other government requirements. Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files. Monitor employee performance and productivity, track HR metrics, and provide both positive and constructive feedback.
