Office Location: Pasay Work setup: Full onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) The Finance Operations Senior Associate will manage the daily finance operations, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of finance deliverables across AR, AP, GL, Sales Audit, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. The role provides functional leadership, enforces internal controls, and serves as the primary point of escalation for operational issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting. Must be a CPA.3–5 years of relevant experience in finance operations.Prior supervisory or senior associate experience is preferred.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Proficient in ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (AR): Supervise billing, receipt application, collections, and preparation of monthly sales reports.Monitor collection performance and conduct weekly Cash Holding Limit analyses.Review AR aging, reconciliations, and handle exception items. Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee invoice processing and payment runs.Review vendor Statements of Account (SOA) reconciliations.Monitor GRNI aging and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.Review daily system reconciliations (Retek vs. Oracle). Sales Audit: Ensure timely completion of unposted or unreceived CSA files.Review and resolve untallied or uncaptured POS exceptions.Oversee cash completeness audits and validate results. General Ledger (GL): Review balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.Oversee daily bank reconciliations and follow up on reconciling items.Support month-end and non-month-end close activities. Fixed Assets Management: Review updates to the Fixed Assets Register, including additions, transfers, and disposals.Ensure proper implementation of asset tagging and monitoring controls. Financial Reporting: Review P&L, KPI, SM, and other financial reports prior to submission.Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within internal and external deadlines.
