Train and mentor production operators to boost productivity and morale.
Conduct root-cause analysis on production delays or quality issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Willing to be assign in GP1 Block 13 BLK Sterling Technopark PH 1 Maguyam, Silang Cavite.
