Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven, and strategic Category Manager to lead end-to-end consumer electronics merchandising and procurement. The role manages a large portfolio of 4,000–16,000 SKUs, covering gadgets, smart devices, audio, cameras, storage, laptops, and gaming products, while leading a small team with a strong execution-focused mindset.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in category management, procurement, or merchandising within consumer electronics
- Proven experience managing 4,000–16,000 SKUs across diverse categories
- Strong expertise in sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiation, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
- Experience with gadgets, smart devices, laptops, audio, gaming accessories, storage devices, and cameras preferred
- Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, inventory systems, and ERP/purchasing platforms
- Willing to work onsite in Arca South, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end category management, including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, inventory planning, and purchasing
- Manage a portfolio of 4,000–16,000 SKUs across multiple consumer electronics categories
- Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships (local and international)
- Identify opportunities for category expansion, rationalization, and differentiation
- Analyze sales, consumer trends, and inventory data to guide buying strategies
- Align merchandising, sales, logistics, and marketing to optimize sell-through and margin
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product lifecycle strategies
- Mentor and manage a small team of buyers or category specialists
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and new product scouting
- Report category performance, supplier metrics, and insights to senior leadership
