The Senior Reporting Analyst or Business Reporting Group (BRG) Sr. Specialist will assist in executing the service performance reporting program for the Tenet GBC organization. This includes establishing and managing the KPI metrics catalog and dashboards for the GBC organization. This role must ensure that existing service KPI metrics catalogs and dashboards remain current and aligned to industry leading practices. This role will also assist in creating the service KPI catalogs and metrics for new GBC services and workstreams that are transitioned into Tenet GBC. The Business Reporting Group (BRG) Sr. Specialist will create and maintain the GBC dashboards and performance reports and data analysis based on requirements outlined by GBC leadership and customers. The position will report to BRG and Analytics Manager and can be assigned to GBC Reporting and/or Workstream Reporting, depending on the business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development & maintenance of service performance metrics & KPIs across the GBC, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management and benchmarking
  • Coordinate with various teams and perform business analysis. Prepare management reports to support GBC business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and analysis
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend appropriate process improvement actions to management and operations.
  • Streamline reporting process and automate data visualization and dashboards
  • Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for training future reference.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role

  • Assist in the development & maintenance of service performance metrics & KPIs across the GBC, including service KPI catalogs, metric development/updates, performance reporting, dashboard management, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
  • Execute service performance & reporting activities across the GBC and the US Workstreams.
  • Provide Data Driven insights and analysis
  • Support the development of service performance & reporting tools & automation in the GBC
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend appropriate process improvement actions to management and operations.
  • Automate reporting process, data visualization and dashboards
