Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally.   • Review and quality assure the work of other staff prior to delivery to ensure it meets the requirements of the client's brief
  • Develop and propose potential solutions to meet or exceed client expectations. Guide the project team through the creative decision making process and provide alternative solutions if there are changes to project parameters
  • Oversee an agreed scope of work and the operational workload of a project team, ensuring work is allocated appropriately and resources are fully utilized
  • Manage the production of project deliverables to ensure that these meet or exceed client expectations, Arcadis requirements and comply with national standards and codes of practice
  • Work collaboratively with other sectors/disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution and to resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage the performance of team members, identifying and resolving any issues
  • Identify opportunities for Arcadis process improvements that improve quality and/or improve efficiency
  • Lead and provide direction and technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and in their professional development
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication of progress, changes and resolution of issues
  • Further develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking in the company

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Architect or a Licensed Interior Designer with demonstrable experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages
  • Minimum 10 years experience architecture design with Interior Design experience
  • Able to manage both Architecture and Interior Design projects independently as per required scope determined by Project Lead.
  • Highly computer literate, skilled in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications
  • Knowledgeable in Navisworks and clash detection is an advantage
  • Familiar with other visualization software like Enscape, Lumion, Vray
  • Relevant technical experience on local and international projects is an advantage
  • Familiar with International Building Code (IBC), UK Building Regulations.
