Qualifications:

1.     Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business administration, economics, or a related field is typically required.

2.     Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including banking, investments, trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

3.     Technology Skills: Proficiency in technology and software relevant to fintech.

4.     Industry Experience: Has proven experience and exposure to the actual processes and requirements of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bancnet, Philippine Payment Management Inc. (PPMI), and Payment Gateways Acquisitions for digital banking.

5.     Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

6.     Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with team members, and presenting recommendations.

Job Descriptions:

1.     Strategize and formulate the architecture of the Payment Gateways Processes of the company.

2.     Manage the team involved in products related to payment gateways to standardize the processes.

3.     Will work closely with the PMO Head and CIO.

4.     Will coordinate with the Legal Compliance Officers.
