The project-based HR Generalist will support various HR functions including Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, HR Operations and Administration, Training and Development, and Employee Engagement to contribute to the overall development of PixelMafia's Human Resources department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute in the early stages of the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and collating employee document requirements
  • Participate in the company's other recruitment programs and activities to attract the best talent to the company
  • Assist in the maintenance and digitalization of employee records in our HRIS
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by assisting the team in various HR administrative processes such as benefits, training and development, and policy implementation
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events calendar
