Deliver an effective and proactive HR service by providing relevant support to line managers and employees. Drive best practices in all facets of HR including but not limited to employee engagement, talent management, organization development and employee relations; ensuring compliance to company policies and legal regulatory requirements. Partner with CoEs in executing initiatives in accordance with business requirements.
  • Serve as a consultant and provide technical advice to line managers in all matters relating to performance management, career development, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, etc.
  • May lead junior team members but continues to perform day to day work activities providing technical or operational guidance to employees, colleagues and customers.
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices to identify priorities.
  • Independently evaluates processes to recommend, develop, implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure critical annual cycle HR processes are executed on time by proactive monitoring and ensuring the managers are fully supported.
  • Plan and develop multiple short to medium term HR related projects. May lead local complex HR initiatives that are aligned to regional and global projects.
  • Monitor HR compliance issues and ensure non-compliance is addressed and corrected.
  • Support in the delivery of organizational development activities such as, but not limited to job analysis, organization review and alignment, and change management.
  • Support in capability gap analysis and training needs analysis; coordinate development and implementation of development programs according to the identified needs of the business units.
  • Track learning and development progress and development plans of employees on the assigned business units.
  • Lead employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends to support HR interventions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business or other equivalent courses
  • At least 7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Technical expertise in organizational development and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws, statutory guidelines and HR practices

  • Ability to gather, validate, and analyze relevant data to provide resolutions, findings, and recommendations. (Analytical Thinking)
