Key Responsibilities:

External Market Sensing

  • Leads the collaboration with research companies to ensure that the organization is abreast with the latest economic trends and indications that may be useful for decision making.
  • Monitor competitive calendar.

Target Setting for Marketing

  • Designs the target setting logic for the marketing team on a per category level, and will ensure that this is supported with other external considerations such as economic indications, competitive heat, historical trends, total category performance.

Marketing SPOC to Corporate Planning and Business Intelligence

  • Data governance includes: Date integrity – official single source of data, Data definition – single understanding of data points and logic behind it

Marketing Dashboard Design, Management and Reporting

  • Designs dashboard that will give the marketing team a holistic view of what to monitor based on the dealer eco-system and direct selling model.
  • On a regular basis, provides initial diagnosis of the business via a weekly dashboard business report to Category Heads.

Reports and Templates Automation

  • Designs and simplified all business reports and templates of the marketing team to drive efficiency.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or any business course. MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Direct Selling, FMCG, TelCo or Consumer Electronics is preferred.
  • Key skills / attributes – Highly analytical, proficient in the use of MS Excel and other business analytics tools and software programs, good presentation and data storytelling skills, must have passion to design and drive innovation.
