Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Davao

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible will be responsible for inbound calls and to set up tours and closing accounts generated from the company,  for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies:

· Collaborate with senior management to develop sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.

· Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Leading Sales Team:

· Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

· Set sales targets and goals for individual team members and monitor performance.

· Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance sales skills and achieve targets.

· Creating Marketing Campaigns:

· Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

· Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce marketing materials and collateral.

Building Client Relationships:

· Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

· Identify customer needs and preferences to tailor sales and marketing efforts accordingly.

· Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Monitoring Performance and ROI:

· Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.

· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Adjust strategies and tactics as needed to optimize performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

· Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

· Experience in [insert relevant industry is a plus.
