Job SummaryDirectly reporting to Assistant Logistics Supervisor for effectively managing the various functional activities of the Logistics Department covering the areas of daily delivery monitoring, delivery inquiry handling, and fleet & team performance management.
Job Description
- Assist in monitoring deliveries and coordinating with Sales and clients about delivery
- Prepare all necessary documents for dispatching, making sure all are accurate
- Update and maintain Delivery Disposition Report
- Ensure Logistics team properly executes all collections instructions from deliveries
- Assist in managing and monitoring fleet performance
- Ensure proper documentation of delivery receipts
- Monitor Logistics expenses and petty cash
- Canvas and purchase truck parts
- Performs other related work that may be assigned
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, Logistics degree is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
Required to report to the office in Mambugan, Antipolo, Mondays to Fridays,
10 pm to 7:36am
