JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily assist in managing recruitment process. HR Associate responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating 201 files of employee.
Responsible for gathering and compiling timesheet data from employees across departments. Responsible for accurate and timely processing of employees' timekeeping.
Manually encode time sheets and Daily Time Records of employees for payroll reference.
Prepares tardiness monitoring and submit to HR Manager every 3rd day of the month.
Keep in file the approved SL/VL forms, OB forms, OT forms of employees for reference.
Receives and processes requests for regularization, lateral and inter-affiliate transfer, and promotion of employees.
Gives endorsement for computation of separation pay to accounting.
Attends to employees' concerns.
Assist the HR Manager in other HR processes and performs other related tasks as instructed.
Maintains historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Compliance to DOLE reports and manage compensation and benefits.
Do administrative works such as issuance of company uniform, work tools and health care kit.
Monitor inventory and requisition of health care kit and medicines.
Perform any task or instructions maybe given by the employer.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
AB Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management graduate or any related 4-year course.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft office spcifically EXCEL.
Must be a team player, flexible.
Sense of commitment.
Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude and customer service oriented.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
