Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Unit Manager/Unit Manager Associate for Manulife Philippines. . The Unit Manager Associate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching team members, and building positive relationships with clients and partners.

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
