As an Integrated Marketing Communication Manager, you'll be responsible for integrated communication and marketing communication in Philippines. This is an individual contributor role and we expect the job holder to be a self-starter and ability to manage multiple / competing priorities simultaneously.

What You'll Do

  • Develop Integrated Communication Strategy & Planning
  • Drive communications that fundamentally shift customer and stakeholder perception in the market.
  • Collaborate with global brand & marketing to drive key initiatives to support local business goals.
  • Leads content localization for channel partners and contribute to increasing Philips Lighting / Signify Brand Preference in the Market by creating compelling marketing communication.
  • Responsible for digital & performance marketing plus e-commerce support, implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, lead generation, etc.
  • Managing PR, Design and Digital agencies; working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and develop marketing assets.
  • Translates the marketing objectives into a yearly marcom plan, specifying required deliverables and projects, according to the guidelines.
  • Public relations: building and managing Signify business's reputation, public image and cultivating relationships in Philippines.
  • Leverages customer/market insights to deliver a rich customer experience.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder preferably in Marketing / Business Administration
  • Have at least 5+ years of Marketing communication experience in combined B2C and B2B channels.
  • Experience in leading projects and executing end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Prior experience in website management, social media management and public relations
  • Performance marketing experience is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in digital and e-commerce campaigns
  • Analytical skills: understand how to translate analytical data/dashboards into improvements.
