We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team and play a significant role in shaping the experience of our new hires. In this critical role, you will design and implement impactful onboarding programs that equip new employees with the knowledge, resources, and connections they need to thrive from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver introductory sessions on company culture, mission, values, and policies.
  • Provide continuous support and answer questions throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Research and design engaging onboarding content, including presentations, online modules, and interactive activities.
  • Update and improve onboarding content based on new employee feedback and company changes.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and other departments) to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Stay informed about company initiatives and updates to keep onboarding content relevant.
  • Build strong relationships with team members to foster a positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience in learning and development or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and presentation software.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Molino/Alabang.
