Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Define the Manufacturing Excellence rollout plan for the factory to drive loss elimination.
  • Support the factory in the communication and implementation of the plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Play a vital role in integrating Manufacturing Excellence initiatives throughout the Operational Master Plan and aligning with the Market Manufacturing Excellence Manager and the Water's Technical team.
  • Lead the factory in setting the organization to support the rollout of Manufacturing Excellence according to the business model.
  • Drive and mobilize resources to achieve business goals through correct methodologies.
  • Provide support and leadership to the Factory Leadership Team on Manufacturing Excellence Initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Market Technical and Production functions and build factory competence to deliver plan.
  • Report progress vs plan and objectives within the factory and to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in managing change programs
  • Great interpersonal skills and inspiring leadership style
  • Must be amenable to working in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
