What We Seek:

US-CAN Customer Service Team is on the internal lookout for a dynamic Customer Service Supervisor. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operational tasks for the CS team. You'll provide essential support to our agents by addressing their inquiries promptly and ensuring that relevant and process-driven solutions are delivered in a timely manner. Success in this role requires familiarity with US-CAN Customer Service processes, efficient multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should embody the qualities of a team player, serve as a positive role model and possess the drive to accomplish tasks effectively. Overall, the customer service supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the customer service team operates efficiently, delivers exceptional service and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

The must-haves:

  • Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in client support or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (minimum of 6 months to 1-year SME/Supervisory/Team Lead experience)
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in utilizing MS Office, G Suite, CRM Systems (Zendesk) and the likes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Open to working on-site during night shifts and rotating schedules
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times
  • Willing to start ASAP
