Through our secured payment gateway, customers can purchase goods or services online, and pay for them using cash at physical, brick-and-mortar payment counters, ATM's, mobile wallets or through online bank debit.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Payout Processing: Execute precise processing of Payouts, Settlements, and Recurring Payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. Handle any necessary Payout Reconciliations to maintain a clear and transparent financial picture.
  • Non-Bank Channel Mastery: Skillfully process non-bank channel payout entry amendments with precision and attention to detail. Conduct daily tech-recon tasks for all non-bank channels to maintain alignment between systems.
  • Merchant Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for merchants with non-bank reconciliation queries, addressing concerns and providing effective solutions. Foster strong relationships to ensure a seamless payment experience.
  • Risk Mitigation and Reporting: Identify and report any losses, irregularities, or variances discovered during the reconciliation process. Play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
  • Automation and Innovation: Collaborate with the team to support and co-lead automation initiatives that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

You might be a suitable candidate if you possess the following:

  • Proven experience in finance operations, particularly in payout processing and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with merchants and team members.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willing to work onsite in the Marikina office from Monday to Saturday
