  • With at least a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in all facets of Human Resources.
  • Knowledgeable of the principles, techniques, and practices of Human Resources.
  • General knowledge of relevant government laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Adept in conducting effective training and counseling sessions.
  • Outstanding organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
  • With excellent people skills and is adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written, and persuasive skills,
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
  • Strong business presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and guide them towards achieving company objectives.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Can work under minimal supervision.
