Technological Efficiency Lead

Quezon City, Philippines Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) Full time

As a Technological Efficiency Lead, you will be responsible for the effective development of business intelligence reports using tools such as Power BI and collaborating with other groups to support and manage other projects on digital transformation.

REPORT CREATION

1. Discusses data analytics and report requirements with MRAD Business Partners, Analytics Groups, Field Operations and Data Management, Information and Technology Department for consultation and alignment

2. Designs and develops dashboards using business intelligence tools and technologies according to specific business and technical requirements

3. Maintains technical documentation, templates or other reusable knowledge assets

4. Manages and resolves technical incidents related to deployed BI solutions

SOLUTIONING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING

5. Discusses data analytics and digital requirements with MRAD Business Partners, Analytics Groups, Field Operations and Data Management, Information and Technology Department for consultation and alignment

6. Leads the design and assessment of project initiatives towards technological efficiency via leveraging on available digital solutions for research and data management

7. Understands current and future digital, social, analytical methods and capabilities to drive innovation and value for client-partners

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

8. Checks digitalization plans according to agreed project specifications, and aligns these with project objectives

9. Designs work schedules, priorities, work assignments and specifications of all project team members

10. Identifies project issues, determines potential resolutions, communicates status, tracks and resolves them in a timely manner

11. Represents project in various project update meetings and the department in enterprise-wide projects on data and digitalization

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION (depending on function and work assignment)

12. Conducts data collection / data management / data visualization best practices in the execution of digital transformation projects

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

13. Coaches the project team and transfers knowledge to process owners and executors upon success of project testing / initial implementation

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

14. Develops and maintains key contacts with software vendors, IT consulting agencies and people from industries of interest.

15. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Graduate of any bachelor's/college degree, with preference in an IT, Statistics or other research-related course.
  • With at least 3 years work experience in the related field; market research and IT background are an advantage.
  • With intermediate skills in Designing and Executing Research Plans, basic skills in Generating Insights.
  • Willing to report onsite in Novaliches, Quezon City office. Work arrangement: Hybrid work set-up
