As a Data Analyst at Green Cari Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to optimize performance, enhance player experience, and maximize revenue. Leveraging your analytical skills and expertise in data interpretation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from vast datasets and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management:
  • Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources and data points, including game logs, customer interactions, traffic analytics, marketing channels and transaction records
  • Develop and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for analysis
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights related to player behavior, game performance, and business operations
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights into areas for improvement
  • Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:
  • Develop predictive models to forecast player behavior, revenue trends, and market dynamics
  • Evaluate model accuracy and effectiveness, iterating as necessary to improve predictive capabilities
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation:
  • Work with the Marketing team to design and implement A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of changes to the websites, marketing strategies, and player communications
  • Analyze test results to make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborative Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and with third-party companies, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
  • Provide analytical support and insights to inform business initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the online gaming or e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis
  • Experience with third party API (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms

  • Ability to work independently and proactivity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with gaming industry concepts (desired but not required)
