About the job:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our owner and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent common sense initiative and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the owner with email management contract retrieval and filing grids.
  • Conduct research on companies and gather quotes as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support daily operations which may vary.
  • Utilize Google Drive and Sheets for document management and organization.
  • Handle contract management using Docusign and other tools as required.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and documents effectively.
  • Use Notion (familiarity preferred) for task and project management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Google Drive Google Sheets and document management tools.
  • Familiarity with Notion is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Excellent common sense and problemsolving abilities.
