In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To develop new programs to support the web strategic direction of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization.
  • To develop and implement tools, controls, processes, and procedures needed to support DCX and Business Groups.
  • To ensure that customer needs are met on a timely and accurate basis.
  • To set customer expectations and proactively manage, plan, and organize project and account scope toward overall business plans and strategic goals.
  • To provide overall business direction and long-term strategy.
  • To meet with team members regularly to review individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, and develop other developmental, training, and career progression plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team.
  • To participate in goals-roll-down processes, propose activities, and set quarterly and yearly directions for the teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience in IT software and web projects, programs, administration, development, and implementation of controls and procedures.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in project, program, people development, and management.
  • Experience with data extraction and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in business process outsourcing or shared services industry is a plus.
