Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a background in C# and ASP.NET development
  • Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Online Platform and Omnichannel Customer Service configuration
  • Hands-on experience with PCF controls using React/FluentUI and integration with Dynamics Modal App
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Service module
  • Experience with Azure Technologies, including Function App and Dev Ops
  • Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture and xRM applications
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, XML, XSLT, CAML, and other related technologies
  • Experience in web security, single sign-on, and advanced web development technologies
  • Ability to integrate Dynamics CRM with external applications like Outlook, SAP, and SharePoint
  • Previous experience in custom workflows, plug-ins creation, and integration solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and report integration with CRM
  • Full-time employment status with day job shifts and no travel required
