Job Summary: Sr. Data Analyst I manages indicators placed on violations, ensuring accurate assignment through research and analysis. Analyze assignments by state for accuracy and act as a knowledge resource for court systems and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with various departments to ensure service levels are met.
  • Analyze and determine production projections for assigned violation indicators and act as project lead for projects and initiatives.
  • Manage MVR violation database clean-up following business and operational standards.
  • Coordinate and resolve issues, update systems with corrections as appropriate.
  • Respond to inquiries from outside teams in a timely manner and escalate issues with violation indicator assignments.
  • Document and maintain state, county, and court specific information associated with violation indicator assignments.
  • Manage workflow and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience.
  • Knowledge of public record verification, court systems, legislation research, web based research or related industry is preferred.
  • At least three years of professional experience in a customer focused environment involving diagnosing, tracking and resolving problems/issues successfully.
  • Strong problem solving skills involving research and information seeking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to learn SQL is preferred.
  • Creativity, innovation, adaptability.
  • Ability to assess and analyze data points and metrics to effectively make violation indicator assignments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize workflow.
  • Self-directed and motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage workflow effectiveness and results.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development, team collaboration and communication skills.
