Return Staff and Admin Coordinator

Job responsibilities include inspecting returned merchandise, assessing paperwork, and inputting customer account notes into the internal computer system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inspect package condition and assess paperwork sent in with return instruction for proper return procedure
  • Inspect returned merchandise, check for quality and condition of product to determine returns category
  • Identify critical distribution or return issues and report them to the supervisor
  • Input clean customer account notes into the internal computer system, communicating return reasons, customer's feedback, territory managers' feedback, and instructions to ensure accurate processing
  • Entry or encoding of return products to system and printing of processed CM reports/forms
  • Filing of return/CM forms
  • Preparation and re-grouping of expired or damage product/s from returns and include in the obsolete report
  • Received merchandise following all security and safety return procedures for each product type
  • Entry of new stocks to system, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
  • Print and check the generated Receiving Report (RR) vs actual products and packing list from supplier
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
  • Make monthly reports on final returns and RR
  • Creation of Transmittal
  • Sales invoicing
  • Issue and monitor Collection Receipt
  • Check and prepare monthly summary of Alpha list of Withholding tax agent (SAWT) from received BIR Form 2307
  • Perform other related duties as required
