Modality Sales Specialist for Image Guided Therapy Systems in the Philippines

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for Image Guided Therapy systems
  • Support pre-sales activities through on-site product demonstrations and presentations
  • Develop an educational program for users to maximize their knowledge of the system and its functions
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive business and product deal support
  • Participate in defining and controlling the implementation of business policy, pricing strategy, and product/modality sales
  • Work with account managers, channel partners, and sales specialists on multimodality deals, upgrades, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting and lead/opportunity management
  • Monitor competition and industry changes, providing feedback to sales and marketing organizations
  • Drive continuous improvements through Lean

You're the right fit if you have:

  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in the Operating room environment
  • Experience in Catheterization laboratory is highly required
  • Strong customer orientation mindset and professional presence
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to develop product positioning strategies
  • Must reside within the territory and have the flexibility to travel within Indonesia
  • Positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline
  • Fluent in English and local language
