MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:The Junior Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing frontline customer support by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product/service information, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff or specialized departments when necessary.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
Document and track all customer interactions and issues using the company's CRM system.
Customer Engagement:
Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs and preferences.
Assist in maintaining customer relationships by providing helpful and accurate information.
Promote company products/services as part of customer engagement.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports on customer service activities and performance.
Assist in creating and updating customer service procedures and documentation.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor Degree Holder relevant to the role.t; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
