This position is responsible for developing high-quality courses for online and hybrid environments for the training department across the organization. This position works closely with Vice President of Training and is responsible for the supervision of the curriculum team. In addition, they provide instructional design support, consultation, needs-based training and guidance for best-practices, compliance support, and quality assurance.

Area of expertise (Skills)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required.Knowledge of performance-based instructional design. Knowledge in Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, and instructional design methodology preferred.Sales training experience preferred.Five (5) years of related experience at a college or university or corporate training environment and at least two (2) years of experience Design Manager relatedExperience in successfully prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and working in a diverse and professional team environmentCreates an environment that acknowledges, encourages and celebrates differencesFunctions and communicates effectively and respectfully within the context of varying beliefs, behaviors, orientations, identities and cultural backgrounds
