Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, your role is pivotal throughout the product development process, from idea conception to final execution. Your collaborative work with our diverse team of developers, product managers, and marketers will bring ideas to life through intuitive and visually captivating interfaces. Main Responsibilities

  • Craft UI designs that effectively represent product functionality and brand identity to users.
  • Transform basic wireframes into polished user experiences across digital platforms by designing layouts, color schemes, typography, interface elements, animations, and icons.
  • Develop optimized graphics for various devices, be it mobile, web, or embedded displays.
  • Produce prototypes, mock-ups, and sketches, and engage with users and clients.
  • Gather and implement user feedback into the design process.
  • Participate in UX research and usability studies.
  • Clarify design requirements iteratively throughout product design phases, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product design.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma and Sketch.
  • Expertise in wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.
  • Showcase a portfolio with diverse content demonstrating a passion for digital product development.
  • Experience collaborating with front-end developers to achieve optimal design solutions.
  • Demonstrate continuous self-improvement, keeping abreast of digital advancements and design trends.
  • Possess creative thinking, innovation, and versatility with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to creatively solve design and usability challenges.
  • Understanding of user requirements for interface design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Currently, fully remote work; future hybrid working in Manila, Philippines.
