What you'll be doing:

As part of the Deloitte SEA Analyst program, you'll be working with exceptional individuals on behalf of some of the world's most influential companies. Your role will involve research, data analysis, and modeling to address complex business challenges. Additionally, you'll be actively contributing to crafting proposals, presentations, and publications. This program offers a great opportunity for you to enhance your consulting skills and business acumen, access comprehensive training, and engage with like-minded peers on diverse projects within your chosen field.

Within the Digital Customer domain, you'll utilize insight-driven strategies and cutting-edge technology solutions to invigorate sales and service operations for digital-driven expansion. Leveraging immersive experiences powered by leading digital solutions, we assist clients in making impactful customer interactions, unifying their entire business around these crucial moments.

  • Collecting and understanding client business and technical requirements
  • Developing techno-functional solutions within Salesforce, focusing on Sales and Service
  • Training clients on Salesforce solutions and serving as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Cloud platforms
  • Collaborating with internal, client, and partner stakeholders
  • Participating in solution design, implementation, and systems integration
  • Contributing to overall project deliverables
  • Supporting project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Continuously engaging and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Ability to conduct workshops for defining requirements and use cases
  • Experience in capturing business requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM processes, Sales Transformation, Service Excellence best practices, and architecture principles
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks, with a solid grasp of SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Aptitude for engaging with stakeholders at various levels as a consultant
