About the team

Responsible for developing and managing the processes of the division's quality program. Additionally, offers consultancy services for software development and operational processes, quality standards, audits, and software metrics to both internal teams and clients.

What you will be doing

  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other test tools needed for executing test plans
  • Conducting usability testing for overall system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
  • Effectively communicating test activities and results verbally and in writing
  • Managing daily test activities efficiently
  • Providing internal quality assurance
  • Assisting the test lead in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Organizing and upkeep of the test script library
  • Performing any other relevant duties as required

What you bring

  • Experience in both Manual and Automated testing
  • Cobol mainframe background is an advantage, though not mandatory
  • Experience with Payments/Credit Cards systems is a bonus
  • Exposure to any Banking Systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of methods, tools, and technologies used in software testing
  • Understanding and utilization of quality management methods, tools, and technologies for producing defect-free software that meets client requirements
  • Familiarity with basic principles, processes, stages, and roles of application development methodologies
