We are seeking a meticulous and committed Functional Tester to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of various projects on ERP and web systems applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for quality assurance in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

As a Functional Tester, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our ERP and web systems applications. Your commitment to quality assurance, combined with your analytical skills and attention to detail, will make you an invaluable asset to the team.

  • Analyse requirements effectively and create detailed, comprehensive test plans
  • Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases and scripts
  • Execute test cases under varying circumstances, including exploratory testing
  • Document and evaluate test results meticulously
  • Detect, log, and report program bugs and glitches promptly
  • Track defects diligently and assist in troubleshooting errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, business analysts, and product managers to drive quality assurance efforts
  • Conduct or participate in pre-/post-release and/or post-implementation testing

What you bring:

  • Minimum of one year hands-on experience in QA/software testing
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks and QA methodology desired
  • High attention to detail coupled with solid analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and formal presentation
  • Experience in test management software (HP ALM, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, QMetry, qTest or similar tool) and SQL
  • Experience in other tools used for testing (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
  • Good working knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, C#, Javascript etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
