Position Overview
The primary role of a Renewals Quoting Specialist is to provide administrative and backend support for Cisco Smart Net Warranty department.
This position works cooperatively to promote and develop the Cisco branded maintenance service practice, with the goal of increasing both attach rate and renewal rate.
What you'll do at Insight- Use troubleshooting and on the fly learning techniques to create vendor quotes using Cisco's web based tools
- Convert vendor quotes into client facing quotes using Insight's internal based tools
- Create client facing documents detailing any discrepancies found during quoting
- Run queries in Cisco's web based tool and generate client facing inventory reports
- Develop relationships with Renewals Specialists to ensure open communication and streamlined SLAs
- Manage incoming requests in Outlook using a shared box and maintain a clean working inbox
- Utilize time management, problem solving, and organizational skills to prioritize workloads
- Generate proactive (non requested) quotes using standardized parameters
- Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree preferred, with 1 2 years of relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Must possess the aptitude to read, analyze, and interpret general business and professional technical procedures, and regulations
- Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and other teammates at Insight
- Requires the ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS applications
