Administering of Government Mandated Benefits of employees.Facilitate processing of clearance and final pay.Assist in making reports and other ad hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time.Responsible for timekeeping preparation for semi-monthly payroll processing.Assist in CHED & DepEd compliances.Provide assistance to all employees regarding mandatory & institution benefitsFiling, scanning and organizing pertinent and confidential documents and/or records.Compile and maintain payroll records, payroll changes, request for fund, petty cash fund and liquidations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree relevant to the job (Business related course or Human Resources Management or Psychology is an advantage), any 4-year course are welcome to apply.Well-versed knowledge on Government Agencies (SSS, HDMF, PHIC) is an advantage.With at least 1 year of relevant experience in compensation and benefits administrationGood attention to detail; highly trainable, with time management and analytical thinking skills.Proficient in MS Office & google applications.Amendable to work at BGC, Taguig City.Willing to start ASAP.Willing to work onsite BGC, Taguig from Mon-Fri 8 hours & Sat min 5 hours
