Position Summary:

This will be a key role in our company-wide program office that supports global programs and project initiatives ranging from transition, process improvements and systems implementations. The Senior Project Manager, GBS Program Enablement will manage the execution of the assigned programs and ensure successful program delivery. The role will be responsible for managing the program activities and tracking critical project milestones. The role is critical in ensuring smooth execution and standard methods across a range of different projects. The role will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of Global Business Services, ensuring a standardized and integrated approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects as well as planning and managing all activities relating to migration of people, processes & technologies from various countries/regions. You will interact with local team heads/ leads, project managers and process owners of other markets to enable a smooth roll out of the projects or migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan and implement projects which includes defining project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables, with full scale project plans. Manage project resource requirements and allocation. Monitoring and tracking progress and completion of projects or initiatives.Influences key partners to achieve key deliverables on time and within plan, develop relationships within the company to complete assigned projects.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables.Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes as it relates to project delivery.Provide direction and support to project stakeholders and teams involved in projects or initiatives.Assume overall responsibility of migrating work from other local markets, including scoping of work and headcount requirements.Work in collaboration with Team heads & leads to ensure the work is transitioned to the right team.Ensuring appropriate Intra-Group KPI's and Service Level Agreements are in place and are reviewed as required.Engage with different stakeholders to identify areas of improvements.Assist Team heads in Global projects/ process re-engineering/initiatives.Assist teams in finalizing standard operating procedures/workflows for processes migrated.Build a high performing team of highly skilled and motivated people. Minimum Requirements:
