Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop strategies to achieve our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. Experience in the educational sector or related industries is strongly preferred, as this role involves overseeing the sales team, setting targets, and working closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with our business goals in the education space.

This is a WFH position meaning there is no need to report to a physical office but you will travel and meet with prospects/clients.

We are looking for an applicant that can cover one of these areas:
NCR, Region II, III, IV-A Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve sales effectiveness. Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. Quota Setting: Establish realistic sales quotas for the team and individual sales representatives. Monitor progress towards quotas and adjust targets based on performance and market conditions. Sales Operations: Actively seek out and close new clients with regular client meetings and sales activities as part of their schedule. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance, forecast sales, and report on key metrics. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Assist in negotiating and closing high-value deals, providing support and expertise as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and enhance product offerings. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term sales plans and strategies. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and negotiate deals effectively. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
