Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHTResponsibilities:
Update master spreadsheets as directed and call patients to promote CPAP products Listen to calls periodically for QA purposes and schedule training sessions to prevent revenue loss due to miscommunications Calculate monthly conversion rates and help develop policies and procedures to improve communication and efficiency Train staff and review scripts with the CEO, assisting in revisions as needed Assist in obtaining contracts, including PPO and Medicaid, in collaboration with Credily Develop and implement marketing plans to promote company products, including all PAP products, CGMs, and Mobile Vests Contact doctors offices using the existing database to build relationships Fax CPAP, CGM, and Mobile Vest referral forms daily and follow up as necessary Track all work using Excel or similar tools Meet with the CEO at least once a week to review progress and strategies Answer phones as part of a team effort, ensuring calls do not roll over to Administration when possible Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or quality assurance environment Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlySummary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: EveningTuesday: EveningWednesday: EveningThursday: EveningFriday: Evening1 year of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this role
