We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and close sales to ensure targets are met.Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard.Accurate data capturing.Obtain referrals from current clients.Create awareness by distributing marketing material.Generate quotations and follow-up.Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client.E-mail the completed subscriber form to the client for signature and receive it back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client's signature.Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing.Follow up on fitment scheduling.Contact the client to confirm the scheduled appointment.Follow-up if the appointment was not honored.Assist client with any other services required (i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices, etc.)Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures.Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information/training sessions.Requirements:Vocational Graduate/Undergraduate/College Level/College graduateWith 1 year of telemarketing/call center sales experience/Any sales experience or customer service experience - preferable, applicants with non-sales call center experience are encouraged to applyMust have the ability to sell over the phoneMust be tech savvy - familiarity with MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with CRM system is an advantageKnowledge on end to end salesGood understanding of telephone etiquetteKnows how to conduct sales presentation is preferredKeen to detailNegotiation and persuasion skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsQuick witted and resourcefulWilling to work onsite in Makati CityPreferable to start immediately
