JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in the Cebu office, including recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and employee engagement.Handle administrative tasks under the Admin Department to ensure efficient office operations.Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.Address employee concerns and grievances, and escalate issues as necessary.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1–2 years of work experience in the HR field in a telecommunications or construction company.Must be a resident of Cebu CityStrong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenThe position is urgent, candidates must be willing to start ASAP.
