Payroll Analyst (Shared Services)

We will rely on you to:

  • Drives critical payroll operations, ensuring flawless execution of payroll processing, leave calculations, and compliance through advanced HRMS software and 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Safeguards accuracy and legal compliance by meticulously auditing employee data and overseeing the precise onboarding of new hires, rehires, and transfers.
  • Elevates payroll accuracy by expertly updating earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave balances, ensuring all adjustments align with both legal and company standards.
  • Champions collaboration across HRSS teams, consistently exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What you need to have:

  • Proven expertise in payroll management with a strong track record of accuracy and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excelling in both written and verbal formats.
  • Highly skilled in Excel and Workday, with extensive experience optimizing payroll processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll issues.
