As our Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of technologies and processes within Axos Center of Excellence Business Unit. COE Tier 1 Support Team monitors and completes tier 1 analysis for Production outages for all COE applications. This position will report on-site at Axos Business Center Corp.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues; improve monitoring solutions; implement the fixes for internally developed code; update, track and resolve technical challengesCollaborate with COE production support (Tier 2) and Network operations Center (NOC) team to resolve production outages for all COE platformsResponsible for communication and collaboration between the business and IT stakeholders, in support of their applications, services, and dataMaintain critical business applications and document process and policiesWork on Production support tickets and complete root cause analysis/ Tier 1 within the agreed Business SLA corresponding incident severityTroubleshoot problems, involving the appropriate resources and driving resolution of issues with a focus on minimizing impact to our customersDo a high-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA), using tools like SQL Server Management and Visual StudioRepresent Operations and the organization in timely communications with vendors and clientsDrive improvements to processes and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve the production environmentIdentify recurring issues and work with IT & business partners to remediate using the problem management processDefine and document data and reporting processesPerform Salesforce basic admin tasksPerform Data Governance tool admin related activities such as enriching existing data catalog, maintaining workflows, acting as Data Stewards, and collaborating with Business Stewards from various Business UnitsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsAt least two (2+) year's experience with data analysis, data cleansing, and data entryData analytical mindset to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Basic ability to interpret/write SQL queriesIntermediate knowledge of SSIS and SSMSIntermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
