Technology Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain IT systems to ensure smooth hardware, software, and network operations.
  • Monitor performance and security of systems, responding to any issues promptly.
  • Follow and implement standard operating procedures for technology operations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Help with deployments and configuration of servers, storage, and other tech assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Keep detailed documentation of processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in incident response efforts and assist in restoring services.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or operations role, with exposure to managing IT Infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, basic problem-solving, and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
  • Understanding of IT Corporate infrastructure, systems, and networking.
  • Experience Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • At least 3-5 years of work-related experience, especially in Network and Server.
